To continue our standard of excellence, Piedmont is seeking a dependable, motivated, and knowledgeable leader to join our team as the Manager, Advanced Qualifications Program (AQP). The Manager of AQP helps maintain the AQP Manual and is responsible for all AQP data and auditing.

The objective of the position is to ensure a safe and reliable training program in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations and AC 120-54A. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of AQP based training, data collection, and data analysis. This position reports to the Director, Flight Training and Standards.
