Position Summary FlightSafety is seeking a Maintenance Instructor to deliver high-quality ground and/or practical training in accordance with aviation regulations and FlightSafety's training philosophy. This role directly supports the development of aviation maintenance professionals across core and specialty programs.
Key Duties • Conduct maintenance ground and practical training sessions • Develop and prepare curriculum-aligned training materials • Evaluate trainee progress and recommend additional training as needed • Maintain precise and complete training records • Identify and communicate client training issues before execution • Maintain instructor qualifications per regulatory requirements
Required Skills & Knowledge • Strong understanding of aviation maintenance safety standards • Familiarity with FlightSafety procedures and aviation regulations • Ability to lead classes and communicate technical concepts effectively • Solid facilitation and customer service skills • Coachable, receptive to feedback
Preferred Experience • CE-525 series aircraft experience • A&P certification
