Join our Resource Management team as Long-Term Planner! As a Long-term Planner, you will play an important role in supporting data-driven planning and decision-making across the organization. In this role, you are responsible for making it possible to allocate the right number of people at the right time and with the right qualifications. You will help secure the balance between resource supply and operational demand.
You will contribute to sustainable planning decisions that support operational performance, productivity, and cost efficiency. The role has a strong operational connection to Arlanda Airport, where you will spend a significant part of your time, while also working closely with colleagues based at our head office in Frösundavik.
