The DMS Logistics Specialist will help provide oversight & coordinate shipping activities from operational sites where DMS performs business operations.
Job Functions:
• Manage shipments of aircraft, engines and parts to and from airframe and engine teardown sites to DMS warehouse and repair facilities • Provide oversight and guidance to material coordinators at the teardown sites and DMS • Perform shipment inventory reconciliations in SAP. • Collaboration with DMS ITC Specialist on all International shipments to ensure trade compliance • Conduct all SAP Training at Teardown sites to support teams, and provide guidance with transactions • As SAP Subject-Matter-Experts Troubleshoot and correct SAP errors and perform system transactions. • Establish SAP setup needs at teardown sites. • Responsible for coordinating all parts robbing at airframe storage sites and managing backfills.
