EXECUTIVE AVIATION — South Florida
Pay: $175,000–$85,000 per year
Company: ARGUS Platinum Certified Part 135 Operator We are a well-established Part 135 operator based in South Florida, managing a fleet of 10 jets who are primed to grow the company to 20 jets by the end of 2026. We are seeking experienced pilots to join our team as EMB-145 type rated Direct Entry/Experienced Captains and First Officers.
Compensation: • Direct Entry/Experienced Captain: Starting at $175,000 per year, plus additional compensation available. Comprehensive company benefits (to be discussed during the interview). • First Officer: $85,000 - $100,000 per year, plus additional compensation available. Comprehensive company benefits (to be discussed during the interview).
Duty Rotations: - Pilots on Duty: 15 days on duty (including travel days) and 11 days off. - Reserve Days: 13 reserve days may be scheduled between duty off and on days based on operational needs.
Minimum Requirements for Captains: 1. FAA Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL). 2. First-Class Medical Certificate. 3. Minimum of 3,000 hours total flight time. 4. At least 250 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in EMB-145 (Preferred) 5. Last recurrent in EMB-145 must be within the last 36 months (Preferred) 6. No international travel restrictions. 7. No accidents, incidents, or FAA sanctions within the past 5 years (a PRD check will be conducted before submitting a job offer).
Minimum Requirements for First Officers: 1. FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (ATP). 2. First-Class Medical Certificate. 3. Minimum of 2,000 hours total flight time. 4. At least 50 hours in EMB-145 (Preferred). 5. Preferably last recurrent in EMB-145 be within the last 36 months but not required. 6. No international travel restrictions. 7. No accidents, incidents, or FAA sanctions within the past 5 years (a PRD check will be conducted before submitting a job offer).
