About We are an in-house corporate flight department supporting a privately managed investment firm. Our department consists of a single Embraer Legacy 600, and 3 pilots (one of the Captains is the Lead/Department Manager). Our operation combines the flexibility of an in-house Part 91 department with the structure and oversight of a Part 135 charter partnership. Through an FAA-approved agent agreement, we operate under a Part 135 certificate while remaining directly employed by the company rather than the charter operator. This allows us to maintain the higher training, maintenance, and safety standards of a certificated air carrier while preserving the operational flexibility and close working relationship of an in-house department. The aircraft flies approximately 450 hours per year, with roughly 75% of operations conducted under Part 91 and 25% under Part 135. Charter flying is used selectively to sell empty legs and help offset operating costs. We are selective about which trips we take to make sure crew member quality of life is maintained. This position is available due to a long-tenured Captain stepping away from flying completely, following a change in personal circumstances. We are planning for a thoughtful transition over the coming months and are looking for someone interested in building a long-term career with our team. Schedule Our department operates with three Captains, allowing us to build our schedule collaboratively while ensuring each pilot receives 10 Hard Days Off per month. Workload varies throughout the year, as is common in corporate aviation. In 2025, our pilots averaged approximately 13 workdays per month (including flying, training, repositioning, and other duty days) and 7 nights away from FLL per month. The breakdown of this was (on average): • 7.3 flight duty days/month

• 3.1 days siting away from base (on layover)/month

• 0.8 training days/month

• 1 day airlining/month

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys business aviation and is seeking a long-term career in an in-house corporate flight department. If your long-term goal is to transition to the airlines or cargo operations, this position is probably not the right fit. Beyond technical qualifications, we value professionalism, sound judgment, humility, and a willingness to contribute beyond simply flying the airplane. Every member of our small department plays an important role in maintaining our safety culture, improving our operation, and supporting one another. Our ideal candidate enjoys taking ownership, communicating openly, and continually looking for ways to improve both themselves and the department. We are looking for someone we'd enjoy working alongside for many years. Minimum Qualifications • ATP Certificate

• E145 Type Rating

• Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time

• Previous turbine jet PIC experience

• First-Class FAA Medical

• Ability to obtain and maintain qualification under our Part 135 training program

Benefits • Competitive salary based on experience, with bonus opportunity

• Company-paid medical insurance

• 401(k) with company profit sharing after 1 year of service

• 10 vacation days

• FlightSafety recurrent training

• Stable, long-term in-house flight department
