Job Title: Lear 60 Captain Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL Position Type: Full-Time Pay Range: $130,000 - $180,000

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Lear 60 Captain to join our Fort Lauderdale-based team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and dedicated professional with a strong commitment to safety, service, and operational excellence. This is a non-commutable position, and candidates must reside within one hour of Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) or be willing to relocate within one hour of the airport.

Responsibilities: • Operate the Lear 60 in compliance with all FAA regulations, company SOPs, and safety standards • Perform pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties, including flight planning, weather briefings, and aircraft inspections • Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout all phases of flight • Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and other operational staff to ensure on-time departures and schedule adherence • Stay current with Lear 60 training and meet currency requirements • Complete administrative tasks related to flight operations and maintain accurate logbooks and records

Requirements: • Current LR60 Type Rating • Recent experience and currency with the Lear 60 • ATP Certificate with valid Medical Certificate • Minimum flight hours as required by company and regulatory standards • Proven knowledge of FAA regulations, flight safety protocols, and best practices • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor • Must live within one hour of FLL or be willing to relocate
