The Lead Supply Attendant, who reports to the warehouse manager, leads a team of DMS Supply Attendants and is responsible for ensuring daily compliance with all DMS and Delta policy and government regulations. Duties include, but are not limited to: • Lead a team of Warehouse Supply Attendants. • Prioritize multiple tasks and daily workload requirements to ensure smooth day-to-day parts support to our customers. • Ensure proper receipt, storage, picking, and shipping of parts in a timely and efficient manner according to established policies and procedures. • Ensure team support to inventory accuracy/integrity and adherence to the Inventory policy. • Coordinate and follow up on movement and shipment of parts to and from customers, outside repair vendors, freight handlers, and courier services. • Ensure safe operation of mechanical and manual material handling equipment, and the company vehicle, by all team members. • Ensure accurate data entry by all team members. • Lead a team that can properly bin and issue materials to and from stock. • Lead a team that can perform inventory audits and cycle counts. • Monitor team safety, quality, and efficiency, and take action / raise awareness when any are negatively impacted. • Monitor and ensure compliance with warehouse processes and policies.
