Currently seeking a Lead A&P Technician in San Diego, CA. A&P Technicians work on company-owned aircraft, performing flight line support as well as airframe and engine maintenance, repair, modifications, and inspections. Lead A&P Technician must manage a small team of A&P Technicians and work alongside them to meet the mission. Short-to-Medium Range Tracking and Planning of scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance items. Deconflicting flight and maintenance schedule with local pilot leadership. Oversight of maintenance facilities.
