Pay: $62,400–$93,600 per year
Fourth Front Aviation is seeking an experienced Lead A&P Mechanic to help lead our growing aircraft maintenance operation at Colorado Springs Airport (KCOS). This is a hands-on leadership position for an experienced A&P who enjoys working on a diverse fleet of aircraft while helping manage daily shop operations, workflow, and customer projects. The successful candidate will work directly with our Director of Operations, gaining exposure to advanced maintenance, avionics installations, structural repairs, and special mission aircraft modifications.
This position offers a clear development path toward Chief Inspector and future leadership opportunities within a rapidly expanding aviation maintenance organization.
