Rishworth Aviation is seeking a Chief Pilot (B350) to join a diversified aviation group conducting charter flight operations in Papua New Guinea.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the leadership, management, and oversight of the company's King Air 350i flight operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and crew performance across Papua New Guinea. The Chief Pilot will play a key role in driving operational excellence, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a strong safety culture throughout the organization.

This position is offered on a 10 months on/ 2 months off rotation. Company-provided accommodation, flights, and ground transportation are included while based in Papua New Guinea. Job Responsibilities • Provide leadership and oversight for all King Air 350 flight operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations

• Manage pilot recruitment, training, competency assessments, and performance evaluations.

• Ensure all flight crew maintain current licenses, ratings, medical certificates, and required training.

• Develop, implement, and maintain company flight operations policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.

• Investigate operational incidents and safety reports, implementing corrective and preventative actions where required.

• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Serve as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) when required and provide operational guidance to flight crews.

Job Requirements • FAA ATPL

• King Air 350 type rating

• Previous experience as a Chief Pilot, Flight Operations Manager, Training Captain, or similar leadership role preferred

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to adapt to rotational schedules and remote-base living conditions.
