Passion Air is seeking an experienced King Air pilot to join us as Chief Pilot, leading our single-pilot Part 135 King Air B200 operation. This is a leadership role for a pilot who wants more than a seat — you'll help shape our flight standards, training, and culture as we complete our full Part 135 certification and grow our crew and fleet.
Minimum Qualifications: * Valid ATP or Commercial pilot certificate with Multi-Engine Instrument rating * 3,000 hours total time as Pilot-in-Command * 2,000 hours in multi-engine aircraft * 1,000 hours in multi-engine turboprop aircraft * 100 hours in make and model (King Air)
Duties and Responsibilities: * Serve as PIC on King Air B200 charter and positioning flights, including single-pilot IFR operations * Serve as the FAA-designated Chief Pilot of record under the company's Part 135 certificate * Ensure flight operations comply with FARs, Ops Specs, and all company manual's. * Coordinate with maintenance on aircraft airworthiness and dispatch reliability * Mentor and evaluate new pilots, and support crew planning as the company adds pilots * Help build repeatable systems and processes, and support onboarding new aircraft as the fleet expands
