International Operations Specialist Baker Aviation is seeking an International Operations Specialist. We operate 40+ aircraft as a part 135 on-demand charter operation. This is a dedicated operations role focused entirely on the international side of our business — handling permits, clearances, and crew and passenger readiness for every trip that crosses a border. The International Operations Specialist ensures our international trips are fully compliant, properly permitted, and well-coordinated with handlers, crews, and sales, from initial scheduling through completion. Job Responsibilities • Process inbound clearance for international trips

• Process outbound clearance for international trips

• Secure landing permits

• Acquire overflight permits

• Acquire and maintain blanket permits

• Track and handle any international scheduling changes

• Maintain responsiveness for international trip needs

• Prep crews for international trips, including providing trip briefs

• Manage fuel and handling expenses for international trips

• Verify billings are correct and accurate

• Ensure we do not incur any violations

• Review future scheduled trips to identify and resolve pending issues in advance

• Maintain relationships with handlers and CBP officers

• Verify passport information for accuracy

• Ensure sales is retrieving and uploading passport information well in advance of travel

Requirements This is not an entry-level position. Experience handling Part 135 international trips is required. Schedule This is not a standard 8-5, Monday–Friday role. International operations require around-the-clock responsiveness, including weekends, to support trips across time zones. There is real room for growth for the right person who brings the commitment and skill to match. Location This is a remote position. In-person training may be required during onboarding.
