Are you up for the challenge? We are looking for a Senior Aeronautical Flight Attendant Instructor to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is ideal for a learning-oriented, process-driven, and effective communicator who understands how to deliver theoretical and practical training programs in accordance with the academic, regulatory, and methodological standards established by Aeromexico Formación, facilitating the transfer of knowledge and skills required for the safe and efficient performance of operational duties.
Educational requirements: • Technical degree or high school diploma with certificate. • Bachelor’s degree (preferred). • Intermediate English proficiency. • Flight Attendant License.
Experience: • Operational experience as a Flight Attendant. • Experience as an instructor (preferred). • Previous experience facilitating technical sessions, on-the-job training, or onboarding programs (preferred).
Skills to succeed: • Basic Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word). • Basic knowledge of ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot. • Basic knowledge of applicable regulations. • Basic knowledge of instructional methodologies (preferred).
