TLC Jet is seeking experienced and customer-focused Pilot in Command (PIC) and Second in Command (SIC) to join our growing Part 135 charter operation. TLC Jet operates a diverse fleet of aircraft and is recognized for its commitment to safety and operational standards as an ARGUS Platinum-rated, Wyvern Registered, and IS-BAO Stage II operator. We maintain a comprehensive Safety Management System (SMS) and Internal Audit Program (IAP) to ensure the highest levels of safety and compliance. The ideal candidate is a safety-minded professional with strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and the flexibility to thrive in a dynamic charter environment. Position Summary Pilots are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft on domestic and international assignments conducted under FAR Part 91 and Part 135 regulations. The PIC serves as the leader of the flight crew and is responsible for ensuring operational compliance, passenger safety, and the delivery of a first-class customer experience. Key ResponsibilitiesFlight Operations • Conduct safe and efficient flight operations in accordance with FAA regulations, company procedures, and industry best practices.
• Operate domestic and international flights under FAR Part 91 and Part 135 regulations.
• Exercise sound judgment and decision-making to ensure passenger and crew safety.
• Maintain complete compliance with company operational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all flight planning, documentation, and operational requirements are completed accurately.
Passenger Experience • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the flight.
• Greet passengers and assist with boarding, seating, and luggage storage.
• Conduct passenger safety briefings and respond professionally to passenger requests.
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and service-oriented attitude at all times.
• Represent TLC Jet with the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality.
Crew Leadership & Professionalism • Maintain effective crew resource management (CRM) and crew coordination.
• Foster a positive and collaborative flight deck environment.
• Communicate effectively with crew members, passengers, dispatch, maintenance personnel, and company leadership.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor consistent with company standards.
• Support the company's culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
Compliance & Safety • Maintain a current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• Maintain knowledge of all applicable FAR Part 91 and Part 135 regulations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of FAA, ICAO, and international operating procedures.
• Participate in company safety initiatives, training programs, and compliance activities.
• Support TLC Jet's Safety Management System (SMS) and operational risk management processes.
Qualifications Required • Impeccable safety record.
• FAA ATP Certificate or Commercial Pilot Certificate with ATP written completed.
• FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Valid Passport with ability to travel internationally.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced operational environment.
Pilot in Command (PIC) Minimum Flight Time Requirements • 3,000 Hours Total Flight Time.
• 500 Hours Pilot in Command (PIC) Time.
• 250 Hours PIC Time in Type.
• 150 Hours SIC Time in Type.
• 500 Hours Multi-Engine Time.
• 150 Hours Instrument Time.
• 100 Hours Turbine Time.
SIC Requirements: • ATP 2500 Total Time
• 750 PIC Time
• 500 Multi Engine
• PIC 100 Total Instrument Time
• 500 Turbine Engine
• 25 Time in Type
Additional Requirements • Ability to successfully complete pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to pass pilot records review, criminal background checks, fingerprinting, and driving record verification.
• Strong Crew Resource Management (CRM) skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and aviation-related mobile applications.
