What You'll Do: As the Part 135 Chief Pilot, you will: Report directly to the Director of Operations and fulfill the duties and responsibilities of the role as detailed in the General Operations Manual. Command Part 91 and Part 135 flight operations worldwide. Lead international missions throughout South America, Europe, and the Middle East. Ensure the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence. Deliver a refined, concierge-level client experience onboard and on the ground. Collaborate with maintenance, scheduling, and dispatch teams to ensure flawless execution. Serve as a culture carrier — modeling professionalism, leadership, and service mindset.

This role is Mid-Atlantic based, and requires working in the office onsite. Relocation Assistance provided by the Company for the right candidate.

What You Bring: We are seeking a seasoned, confident aviator with global experience and a hospitality-first mindset.

Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years PIC duty under Part 135 within the previous 6 years Exceptional customer service skills and executive presence Experience as a Part 135 Chief Pilot Working knowledge of FAA SAS and WebOpss ATP certificate Minimum 5,000 hours total time PIC Type Rating in the Gulfstream GV - required Minimum 500 hours PIC in type, including extensive international operations Experience operating throughout South America, Europe, and the Middle East Valid First Class Medical
