Gulfstream G-IVSP SIC / Co-Captain
XPRO Jet Charters is seeking a highly qualified Gulfstream G-IVSP Second-in-Command (SIC) / Co-Captain to join our growing Part 135 charter operation. We are looking for a safety-minded professional who is committed to exceptional customer service and enjoys operating in a fast-paced, worldwide charter environment.
This position offers the opportunity to fly domestic and international missions aboard our Gulfstream G-IVSP while working alongside an experienced flight operations team dedicated to safety, professionalism, and operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
• Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate required • Minimum 4,000 hours Total Flight Time • Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate • Valid U.S. Passport with the ability to travel internationally • Eligible to serve as a required crewmember under 14 CFR Part 135 • Strong CRM, communication, and customer service skills • Part 135 experience preferred • International operations experience preferred
Preference will be given to applicants who currently hold a Gulfstream G-IV type rating.
Position Details & Benefits
• 15 Days On / 13 Days Off rotational schedule • Remote-based position • Candidates may reside anywhere within the continental United States but must live within two (2) hours of a commercial airport with scheduled airline service • Company-paid airline travel to and from scheduled duty rotations • Company-issued corporate credit card for all approved business travel and expenses • Employees retain all airline frequent flyer miles and hotel loyalty points earned during company travel • Company-paid iPad with cellular service • Company-paid ForeFlight subscription • KCM eligibility • Retirement plan • Health insurance available (employee-paid) • Company-paid initial and recurrent training • Successful candidates are required to sign a 12-month Training Reimbursement Agreement
Responsibilities
• Serve as Second-in-Command aboard the Gulfstream G-IVSP in domestic and international Part 135 operations • Assist the Captain in the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft • Ensure compliance with all FAA regulations, company policies, and Standard Operating Procedures • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest level of professionalism • Maintain operational readiness, required training, and company documentation • Represent XPRO Jet Charters with professionalism both on and off duty
Pre-Employment Requirements

• FAA Pilot Records Database (PRD) review • Employment verification • Certificate verification • Drug and alcohol testing • Criminal background screening, as applicable
A satisfactory Pilot Records Database (PRD) review is required before any conditional offer of employment will be extended.
