Beond is seeking a Ground Operations Supervisor to join our Operations Control Centre (OCC) in Malé. From OCC, you will oversee and coordinate Beond's ground operations at our outstations remotely, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient aircraft turnarounds. This role provides continuous remote supervision of outsourced ground handling activities, with a focus on turnaround control, service provider oversight and on time performance (OTP).
You will liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to manage day of operations, address irregularities and support consistent operational performance and passenger experience at our outstations. You will report to the Head of Ground Operations.
