The Ground Training Instructor is responsible for ground school modules, recurrent ground school and basic indoctrination. Responsibilities include planning and efficient scheduling of all Ground Instruction activities, developing printed and/or electronic course ware, ensuring all ground training meets regulatory compliance standards, monitoring student progress, and maintaining operational effectiveness of training devices.
