Position Summary Established aviation company seeking an early-career professional with approximately 2–4 years of experience in government contracting, proposal development, aviation administration, contract administration, procurement, program support, or a related field. This position provides hands-on exposure to federal contracting, Department of War programs, aviation operations, regulatory compliance, and proposal development, with opportunities for continued professional growth and advancement.

Key Responsibilities Government Contracts · Review RFPs, RFQs, solicitations, contract modifications, statements of work, and related procurement documents. · Identify and track contract requirements, deliverables, deadlines, reporting requirements, option periods, and milestones. · Maintain accurate contract files, correspondence, modifications, and supporting documentation. · Assist with responses to government correspondence. Proposal Development · Support preparation of government proposals and submissions. · Review solicitation requirements and develop compliance matrices and submission checklists. · Draft, edit, and proofread technical, management, administrative, and past-performance content. · Support proposal schedules, document control, formatting, pricing documentation, and final submission preparation. · Ensure proposal materials are accurate, consistent, and compliant with solicitation requirements. Quality Assurance Support · Assist with documentation supporting AS9110C quality-management and FAA Part 145 Repair Station operations, as applicable. · Support government audits and inspections.
