Primary Job Duties
In a shop environment, the technician will perform testing, troubleshooting, and component repairs. The technician may also be required to work on aircraft systems, including the following:
• Perform avionics checks and troubleshoot aircraft systems as needed. • Maintain proficiency in completing all required documentation and paperwork. • Repair avionics and electronic components in an avionics shop environment. • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
A&P Mechanics who are interested in this General Avionics position may also apply, provided they intend to acquire the required time to qualify for testing for the FCC Radio License.
