Mitiguy Aviation is seeking a Full-time Flight School Manager (40 hours per week) to oversee daily operations, support students and instructors, and help grow our fast-paced, safety-focused training environment.
Responsibilities: - Manage daily flight school operations and scheduling - Support student progress and customer experience - Coordinate with maintenance to maximize aircraft availability - Ensure compliance with FAA and company procedures - Assist with instructor management and onboarding + sales/marketing - Instruct students
