Join Plus One Air and take your career to the next level! We are growing and seeking to add an Experienced Dispatcher to our team. Plus One Air is a 135 Operation based at the Fort Pierce International Airport, in Fort Pierce, FL. Office Presence Preferred, would consider offsite based on experience.

Dispatch/Flight Follower Duties: Coordinate with Ops, crew scheduling, Maintenance Control, Reservations, Marketing, Catering, and Ground operations to efficiently utilize resources to achieve customer service. Dispatch company aircraft according to Government and Company regulations as set forth in FAR 135 Delay or cancel a flight if unsafe conditions prevail (Joint Pilot and Dispatch responsibility) Support Management in completing other tasks as assigned

Qualifications: Prior Charter Operations and Flight Following experience (Preferred) Strong aviation background with an emphasis on aircraft Dispatching under FAR 135 Technically oriented with a thorough understanding of aviation weather, flight planning, aircraft performance, Federal Aviation Regulations and the ability to create and implement plans in a dynamic environment Strong Communication and Organizational skills Strong multi-tasking capability Must be able to work a flexible schedule, rotating schedule including nights and weekends Airline Dispatcher

Education, Licenses, Certificate, and Badge Requirements: High School Diploma required College degree preferred 2-3 years experience dispatch experience Flight Dispatcher License (Preferred) but not required Must be computer literate/Microsoft

Airline Dispatcher Physical Requirements: Work in a high-stress environment while maintaining a calm composure Must be able to work a flexible, rotating schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Must be able to sit for long periods of time, exposed to computer screen lighting, and artificial lighting
