Sell air freight charter services. Coordinate trip logistics: request flight plan, communicate with pilot regarding freight gross weight, special handling information, arrange pickup and delivery of freight at start and end of trip. Coordinate with crew scheduling, Maintenance Control, and Ground Operations to efficiently utilize resources to achieve customer service. Send emails with status updates. Coordinate with maintenance department on status of planes. Follow up with customer to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
Arrange transportation or lodging for crew members; manage coverage of remote fleet. Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
