Role overview As Captain, you will lead safe, efficient Falcon 900 operations across domestic and international routes, uphold rigorous standards, and deliver an exceptional passenger experience. You will work closely with crew and dispatch/ops teams to execute trips on short notice while maintaining compliance, readiness, and professionalism.
What you'll do
Plan and execute flights in accordance with regulations, company SOPs, and sound airmanship.
Exercise decisive command authority with strong CRM, risk management, and passenger-first judgment.
Conduct thorough preflight planning: weather, performance, weight & balance, fuel, routing, NOTAMs, alternates.
Operate confidently in complex IFR and international environments, adhering to annual ICAO procedures training.
Coordinate with maintenance to ensure aircraft airworthiness and post-flight reporting.
Model a safety culture, mentor crewmembers, and maintain impeccable cockpit discipline.
Deliver a discreet, detail-oriented cabin and client service experience.

Minimum qualifications
Total Time: 3,000 hours
Pilot in Command (PIC): 1,500 hours
Multi-Engine: 1,500 hours
Multi-Engine PIC: 500 hours
Jet: 500 hours
Instrument: 250 hours
Type Rating: Falcon 900 (required)
License: ATP - FAA accepted
Medical: Class 1 (First Class)
On-Call Availability: Willing to work on an on-call basis
Residence: Primary residence within ~2 hours of KSJC or willingness to relocate
Sponsorship: Not available; authorization to work in the U.S. required
