Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Captain to join our dynamic flight crew. The ideal candidate will have exceptional flight experience that exceed recent charter expectations. This combining technical expertise with client service excellence, ensuring all flights are conducted in accordance with company policies and Federal Aviation Regulations while maintaining the premium standards that define Jet Access's reputation in private aviation.
Core Schedule:
2 Crew Daily Assignment - Approximately 375 Flight Hours/Year Variable schedule per aircraft owner and charter assignment Schedule flexibility required to meet client and travel demand On-call availability as needed
Compensation:
Compensation per Jet Access Flight Crew Compensation Plan $180,000 - $210,000/year Variable based on aircraft assignment and experience Comprehensive benefits package and professional training
Day in the Life:
As a Captain at Jet Access, you'll lead flight operations while ensuring every client interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and safety. Here's what your role includes:
Flight Operations & Safety Leadership
Conduct aircraft operations in accordance with Flight Operations Manual and company policies. Maintain aircraft systems knowledge and proficiency to First Officers. Maintain current proficiency and competence as required crewmember on assigned aircraft. Exercise operational control on behalf of the Director of Operations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and meet established policies.
Client Experience & Service Excellence
Deliver premium service experience to each aircraft owner and passenger. Foster outstanding client business relations through professional, friendly, and efficient service to travel needs. Coordinate client requests for itinerary changes and Operations Control Center. Ensure superior and high-quality briefings and flight service that reflect Jet Access standards. Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Aircraft Systems & Maintenance Coordination
Review Flight/Maintenance logs to ensure aircraft airworthiness and coordinate with maintenance personnel. Report aircraft discrepancies and routine servicing accomplishments to maintenance. Document airtime trend monitoring data as requested by Maintenance Department. Verify correct manifests, charts, and equipment are on board aircraft. Ensure compliance with all required inspections and maintenance.
Regulatory Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all flight, aircraft, and passenger records are completed accurately and timely. Perform initial and Ground and In-flight Security Checks per FAA CFR 1544.215. Maintain current medical certificate and appropriate ratings. Conduct internal arrivals and departures in compliance with applicable regulations. Ensure no unauthorized personnel aboard aircraft.
Strategic Growth & Special Projects
Identify and implement process improvements and embracing opportunities to contribute to Jet Access's continued growth and success. Support a safety management system initiatives and continuous improvement programs. Support the training and mentoring of First Officers and junior crew members. Represent Jet Access professionally at all times, events, and client interactions.

Required Skills & Experience:
ATP Certificate required Current First Class Medical Certificate 3,000 hours total flying time 1,500 hours high altitude experience (PIC) time 500 hours multi-engine PIC time 250 hours PIC time in DA-2000 type 250 hours Turbine PIC time Type rating in aircraft type required (type within preceding 12 months) Working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to FAR Part 135 and FAR 91 Valid pilot driver's license and passport Pass TSA security and background screening Commitment to Jet Access's values
