The operation will initially run with a 2-crew structure, expanding to 3 and ultimately 4 crew members as the team grows. This will provide opportunities for improved roster patterns as the operation develops. A Major Benefit No layover tours. All trips start and finish in Arizona, meaning you'll return home at the end of each rotation rather than spending extended periods away on layovers.
