Tasks Your main tasks include, among others:
• Lead, & execute sourcing, RFQs, tenders, supplier selections & contract negotiations for aircraft component MRO services • Analyze & assess the MRO market, procurement processes, supplier capabilities & sourcing alternatives, including repair solutions, pricing models, and modifications, with stakeholders & suppliers. • Collaborate with Technology Management, MRO Management & Operational Purchasing • Develop & optimize procurement methods, negotiation approaches, supplier management tools, & market analysis. Execute capability assessments, sourcing request & support the transition of part numbers to awarded suppliers • Work with Corporate Procurement guidelines in the Regions, Germany and an international matrix organization

Requirements Step into the role of a Corporate Procurement Manager - Aircraft Systems , check the requirements below:
• High school diploma / GED required • Bachelor´s degree required • 3 years of experience in Aviation • 2 years of experience in Purchasing/ Sales/ Consulting • Experience in comprehensive contract negotiation in English and knowledge of related legal requirements in Germany and the United States • Knowledge in Aviation MRO, strategic, purchasing, subcontrating, supplier management and/or contract negotiations • Ability to work in an international environment with interfaces on management level to multiple departments and offices abroad • Must possess a work legal permit in the U.S.
