I am a fractional “bid desk” for B2B and B2G technology companies. We help software and tech firms in RFP-driven, compliance-heavy markets — GovTech, HealthTech, Public Safety, and Utilities — win more competitive bids without hiring a full-time proposal director.
We are hiring an experienced outbound sales development representative for a paid pilot to generate qualified discovery meetings for the founder. You open doors and book meetings; the founder runs the discovery calls and closes.

Companies in my ICP run 30-200 employees without a full time Bid Manager/Proposal Specialist.

This will be an initial 20 hour pilot with option to expand.
