As a Talent Acquisition Co-op on the Students and Early Careers team, you will play a vital role in supporting three Lead Recruiters who are focused on attracting and hiring top early-career talent. This position offers hands-on experience in the recruitment process and exposure to strategic initiatives that shape Delta’s future workforce. This co-op starts in Spring 2027 and will complete the following 2 alternating rotations onsite in Atlanta, GA.
• Spring 2027 – 1 st rotation • Fall 2027 – 2 nd rotation
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment Operations • Assist Lead Recruiters with sourcing and engaging candidates through multiple channels, including the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
• Manage candidate communications and coordinate interview scheduling to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting data within recruitment systems.
• Generate and track recruitment reports to monitor hiring progress, pipeline activity, and outcomes.
• Manage requisitions, including creating, posting, tracking, and updating job requisitions within the ATS to support hiring needs.
• Supporting recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle by monitoring requisition status, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining compliance with hiring processes.
Campus Recruiting and Talent Sourcing • Support campus recruiting initiatives, career fairs, and networking events to build and strengthen talent pipelines.
• Coordinate and execute campus outreach programs and recruitment events.
• Source and identify early-career talent through university partnerships and targeted recruiting strategies.
Recruitment Projects and Administrative Support • Provide operational and administrative support during high-volume hiring periods.
• Contribute to recruitment-related special projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with planning, logistics, and execution of recruiting programs and events.
