The HR Analytics and Insights team is seeking a Co-Op to leverage their passion in data management, reporting and analytics to support the HR team at Delta. The Co-Op will work closely with the HR Reporting and Analytics team creating multi-functional data extracts from enterprise-wide data sources in-order to maintain/enhance applications, develop reports and analyses, visualize data creatively, and create documentation & automated processes.
The Co-Op will directly interact with multiple internal client groups from HR, Finance and Operations to coordinate the automation of production reports, development of ad hoc data reports and intake of requirements.
