Co-op Crew Technology Strategy (Summer 2027)

As a Crew Technology Strategy Co-Op, you will support the Strategy and PMO team in driving operational efficiency and technology improvements for Crew Resources. You’ll gain hands-on experience in project management, business process analysis, and technology implementation, working alongside Product Managers, Product Owners, and business leaders. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with project coordination and support the delivery of Crew Technology initiatives, including process mapping, documentation, and implementation activities. • Help organize and clarify business requirements for technology projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, IFS, FOP, OCC, OAP, ODS, HR). • Contribute to the development and optimization of business processes by identifying opportunities for automation and improvement. • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support project objectives and decision-making. • Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate data-driven insights and project findings to stakeholders at various levels. • Support the creation and maintenance of Knowledge Management content (e.g., SOPs, Glossary of Terminology, team pages). • Participate in meetings, prepare documentation, and help communicate project status and updates to stakeholders. • Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to support project goals and deliverables. • Promote safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
