You will operate within a dedicated 3-pilot crew, supporting a long-term owner with predictable flying and premium amenities.

Compensation & Incentives: We recognize performance and reward professionalism.
Base: $200,000+ (Pay based on experience) Incentives & Premium Pay Holiday Pay: $800 Per Diem: $75 Domestic: $75 International: $120
Your Role as Captain: As Pilot-in-Command, you are responsible for the safe, compliant, and seamless execution of every mission, while delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Operate flights under Part 91 and Part 135 regulations Ensure full compliance with FAA regulations, duty limits, and company procedures Lead and coordinate all aspects of flight execution with your crew Maintain aircraft safety, readiness, and reporting standards Deliver a white-glove client experience aligned with Northern Jet standards Complete required administrative and operational documentation A Northern Jet safety is non-negotiable, and service is what sets us apart.
Minimum Qualifications (PIC): CL650 Type Rated 3,000+ Total Flight Time 1,500+ PIC Time 500+ Multi-Engine Hours ATP Certificate (Unrestricted) Current First-Class Medical Professional Standards
