Apex Jets is hiring a CJ1+/CJ2 Captain based out of McClellan-Palomar Airport (CRQ) in Southern California
We are a Part 135 operator conducting domestic and international charter flights, including Mexico and Canada, and are looking for a professional, safety-focused pilot to join our team.
Position Details: • Aircraft: Citation CJ1+ / CJ2 (CE-525 series) • Base: CRQ (Carlsbad, CA) • Schedule: 8 days on / 6 days off or 10/5. • Operation: Part 135 charter (domestic and international)
Minimum Requirements: • 1,000 hours multi-engine turbine • 250 hours turbine PIC • Unrestricted ATP • First Class Medical • Eligible to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications: • CE-525S type rating • 3,000+ total time • Prior Part 135 experience • Southwest U.S.-based or willing to relocate/commute
Compensation & Benefits: • $130,000 – $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience • Stable schedule with consistent rotation. Day rate pay applicable for extra days worked.
