Discovery Jets is an aggressively fast growing 135 operator headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This is a home based role.
We are currently looking for highly driven enthusiastic individuals for Citation X typed Captains with a passion for aviation.
We are seeking individuals who appreciate an opportunity to fly on an accelerated rotation while being highly compensated.
The Captains responsible for the safety, passenger satisfaction and regulatory compliance of our charter flights.
Schedule: This is a home based position operating on a 17/13 schedule. (1st and last are travel days to and from the aircraft)
Captain Basic Requirements: Current type CE750 type rating ATP Certificate Valid U.S. passport or Green Card Holder FAA 1st class medical 3,500 hours total time 1,500 hours Pilot-In-Command 250 hours Time in Type Able to lift at least 75 lbs Must be able to pass company and TSA background checks
Work Environment: The work is typically done while sitting for long periods of time Employee will be required to interact with the customers and other flight crew in a small space Employee may have irregular hours and be called to fly or notified of cancelled flights with little notice
Benefits Overview: Pay Scale: Dependent on experience Medical & Dental Group Insurances All travel to and from aircraft and hotels are paid for Per Diems: Daily $75/US Travel, $115 for International
Training Overview: Training Pay: Captain training is paid per week from hire date until beginning of 17/13 rotation. Training agreement required for this position Candidates will be required to complete CTS prior to employment
