Due to a planned internal transition, they are seeking an experienced Citation Program Manager to lead the technician and project management team responsible for their Citation line of business at a full-service hangar facility.

• Full operational and financial accountability for the Citation program, including on time delivery, squawk free quality outcomes, and profitability

• Leadership of technicians, shift managers, and an operations coordinator, with close collaboration alongside a dedicated project management team

• Hiring, development, and performance management of your team, with HR as a compliance partner

• Manpower planning across skill levels and shifts, including proactive collaboration with other Airframe Program Managers to share resources when workload shifts

• Customer facing communication during operational and status meetings

• Review of material purchases, billing, and labor charges to protect program profitability

• Building a best practice, continuous improvement culture focused on people, safety, service, and speed
