Qualifications • Extensive experience as a turbine aircraft captain, preferably on Challenger 300 and/or Citation X or similar business jets.
• Valid ATP (Airline Transport Pilot) certificate and current First-Class FAA medical; strong knowledge of FAA regulations and corporate aviation best practices.
• Demonstrated proficiency in flight planning, navigation, aircraft systems, and use of modern avionics and flight management systems.
• Strong safety mindset, with a record of adherence to SMS programs and familiarity with ARG/US and IS-BAO standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with high-net-worth and corporate clients.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with crew members, dispatch, and maintenance, and to make sound, timely decisions under pressure.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and pre-employment drug screening.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and to travel on short notice.
• Minimum flight hours in line with industry standards for jet captain roles (e.g., significant PIC time in multi-engine turbine aircraft).
• Previous Part 135 experience and knowledge of charter operations are highly beneficial
