Key Responsibilities • Respond to charter inquiries, qualify client needs, and provide timely, accurate trip options. • Prepare charter quotes, proposals, and trip details while coordinating with operations to confirm aircraft availability, routing, crew, and feasibility. • Support Part 91 and Part 135 charter activity while ensuring sales commitments align with FAA regulations and company policies. • Maintain active communication with clients before, during, and after each charter trip. • Coordinate with operations on fuel, FBO, catering, ground transportation, and other trip requirements that affect customer experience and pricing. • Develop and maintain relationships with charter clients, brokers, vendors, and partner operators. • Arrange or coordinate hotels, rental cars, catering, and ground transportation for passengers and crew when needed. • Help optimize aircraft and crew scheduling opportunities to maximize revenue and minimize empty repositioning flights. • Analyze charter demand, fleet utilization, and sales opportunities to support growth, safety, and profitability. • Coordinate with the Director of Operations and Director of Maintenance to ensure every proposed flight is safe, legal, feasible, and customer focused. • Anticipate and resolve client service or trip-planning issues before they impact safety, reliability, or customer satisfaction. • Identify, report, and help eliminate hazardous conditions or operational concerns discovered during the sales and trip-planning process. • Maintain client and passenger preference information to support a premium charter experience. • Ensure charter trips have proper operational approvals, signed agreements, and payment authorization prior to release.

Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in aviation, business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred. • Previous aviation, charter sales, aircraft management, hospitality, or luxury service experience preferred. • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills. • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and relationship-building abilities. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. • Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and aviation software systems. • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
