Job Opportunity: Challenger 850 Captain Location: South Florida Company: ARGUS Platinum Certified Part 135 Operator We are a well-established Part 135 operator based in South Florida, managing a fleet of 10 jets who are primed to grow the company to 20 jets by the end of 2027. We are seeking experienced pilots to join our team as EMB-145 type rated Direct Entry Captains. Compensation: • Direct Entry Captain: Starting at $175,000 per year (starting), plus additional compensation available. Comprehensive company benefits (to be discussed during the interview). Duty Rotations: • Pilots on Duty: 15 days on duty (including travel days) and 11 days off.
• Reserve Days: 13 reserve days may be scheduled between duty off and on days based on operational needs.
Minimum Requirements for All Pilots: 1. FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP). 2. First-Class Medical Certificate. 3. Minimum of 3,000 hours total flight time. 4. At least 250 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in Challenger 850 (Preferred). 5. Last recurrent in Challenger must be within the last 36 months (Preferred). 6. No international travel restrictions. 7. No accidents, incidents, or FAA sanctions within the past 5 years (a PRD check will be conducted before submitting a job offer).
