Competitive Pay and Incentives: • Base salary of $100,000 • Daily and annual pay incentives, including: • Scheduled Day Off (SDO): $800 for SIC, $1,150 for PIC. • Holiday Pay: $800. • Domestic Per Diem: $75; International Per Diem: $120. • Additional roles (e.g., Standardization Captain, Instructor) offer bonuses up to $20,000.
Location: Home Based – must reside east of Texas Schedule: 8 days on 6 days off or 15 days on 13 days off
Key Duties and Responsibilities: As SIC, you will operate flights under both Part 91 and Part 135 on-demand, ensuring the seamless execution of missions while maintaining full compliance with FAA regulations related to flight operations, duty hours, and pilot qualifications. You will follow company procedures for reporting any discrepancies with the aircraft during flight or ground operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for completing administrative tasks as assigned by company management.
PIC Minimum Requirements: • 2,000 Total Time with Jet Experience • 500 PIC Time • 500+ hours of Multi-Engine Time • Current 1st Class Medical • Unrestricted FAA Airline Transport Pilot License
Other Requirements: • No accidents, incidents, or warnings within the past five years. • Thorough knowledge of corporate aviation and international procedures, including operations in Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean. • Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills. • Maintain an impeccable professional appearance at all times. • Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service. • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. • Successfully pass a drug screening test. • Clear a comprehensive background check. • Must possess a valid drivers license and maintain a clean driving record.
