Position Overview ● Position: Pilot-in-Command ● Aircraft: Challenger 350/3500 ● Operation: Part 91 ● Fleet: Two aircraft ● Flight department: Six pilots ● Annual flight time: Approximately 300–400 hours ● Position type: Home-based ● Residence requirement: Must live within approximately two hours of Miami ● Compensation: $250,000–$300,000 annually Responsibilities ● Safely and professionally serve as Pilot-in-Command of the Challenger 350/3500 ● Conduct domestic and international flight operations ● Perform all duties in accordance with FAA regulations, company policies, and industry best practices ● Complete flight planning, weather analysis, aircraft inspections, and all required preflight and postflight responsibilities ● Coordinate effectively with fellow crewmembers, maintenance personnel, scheduling, and company passengers ● Maintain accurate flight records and required operating documentation ● Provide a high level of professionalism, discretion, flexibility, and passenger service ● Assist with other flight-department responsibilities as needed Required Qualifications ● FAA Airline Transport Pilot certificate ● Challenger 300/350 type rating ● Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate ● Minimum total flight time: 3,000 hours ● Minimum flight time in type: 500 hours ● Valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restriction ● Ability to reside within approximately two hours of Miami ● Strong communication, decision-making, and crew-resource-management skills ● Professional employment and safety record Preferred Qualifications ● Previous Challenger 350/3500 operating experience ● International and oceanic operating experience ● Part 91 corporate aviation experience ● Strong understanding of high-level passenger service and discretion Compensation and Benefits ● Annual salary of $250,000–$300,000 ● Company 401(k) plan with a 50% employer match on employee contributions of up to 6% of eligible salary ● Medical, dental, and vision insurance for the employee and eligible family members ● Two weeks of paid vacation annually ● Company-provided annual recurrent training ● Additional company benefits This opportunity is ideal for a safety-focused, dependable, and service-minded Pilot-in-Command who values a stable home-based schedule, modern aircraft, and a collaborative professional culture.
