Provide flight and ground instructionProvide quality instruction, support for students and maintain training recordsEnsure that CFI's are proficient and passes a proficiency check every 12 monthsEnsure compliance with Safety ManagementEnsure compliance for Standard Operational GuidelinesEnsure compliance and currency Must complete Annual & Bi-Annual flight reviewsOccasional travel may be requiredMaintain cleanse of all aircraft Take payment for sales as neededMarketing and other tasks as assignedMaintain a positive attitude and professionalism at all times
