Velocity Flight School is growing fast. We're looking for an experienced, professional, and student-focused CFI/CFII to join our team. We fly well-maintained Cessna 172s operate from a friendly small-airport environment, and are committed to teaching beyond the checklist while building a strong, supportive aviation community.

What We're Looking For: We're seeking a mature, driven instructor with a proven track record of effective teaching and the ability to inspire students throughout their aviation journey.
Requirements: Active CFI; CFII strongly preferred 2+ years as an active flight instructor 500+ hours Total Time (no exceptions) Strong work ethic and reliable professionalism Highly organized and able to manage students' progress effectively Friendly, positive-minded, and team-oriented Demonstrated ability to motivate students and build confidence Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Full-time availability (with flexible scheduling)
