Our Company, Sonrise Aviation LLC, are recruiting pilots to fly our C-310s & Cessna 404s for On-Demand Passengers and Cargo We are a part 135 charter company with six aircraft currently on the Charter. There are 4 Cessna 310's a Cessna 340 an 2 Cessna 404s on the Certificate. They are equipped with Garmin GPS and various autopilots.
For pilots with 1200 hours, upon completion of training Pay will start at $60000 and go to $70,000/yr after 6 months On the certificate. 82k for the second year. An increase should be expected at 6 & 12 months. Training pay is 3000 per month.
Expect to fly 50-60 hours per month. It's a great way to build PIC multi time. With scheduling we offer 8 days on 6 days off or 16 & 12 depending on what schedules we have available . On pilots days off they Can work additionally if trips are available.
This is a one year renewable contract after the training is complete. All of the training would take place in Portland Indiana.The average training period is 4 to 6 weeks.
We offer 1 week paid vacation after the first 6 months of employment. The company has a Simple IRA program with 3% matching. During the 2nd year, vacation and pay benefits increase. We also have discounted rental rates on aircraft for those that want to fly on their time off. I do offer a partial medical plan on a 70/30 split. Feel free to reach out if you meet the requirements.
