Hummingbird Aviation LLC is seeking motivated and professional Certified Flight Instructors (CFI/CFII preferred) to join our growing flight training operation based in Philadelphia, PA (KPNE) with expanding operations into Linden, NJ (KLDJ).
Duties include providing safe and effective ground and flight instruction for private pilot, instrument, and advanced flight training applicants. Instructors may also assist with discovery flights, aircraft checkouts, IPCs, bi-annual flight reviews, ferry/reposition flights, and flying club operations.
We are looking for instructors with strong communication skills, professionalism, positive attitudes, and a passion for aviation and mentorship. Flexible scheduling available. Competitive compensation based on experience, ratings, and student load.
Minimum Requirements: • FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) Certificate • Current FAA Medical Certificate • Valid Driver's License / Government ID • Strong safety mindset and professionalism • CFII and commercial/multi-engine experience preferred but not required
