We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Avionics Manager to lead our shop floor and drive the technical excellence of every aircraft that comes through our hangar. This is a working leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of master-level avionics craftsmanship and team leadership — directing installations, mentoring technicians, and owning the quality, safety, and on-time delivery of every project.
The Avionics Manager is the technical authority on the floor: the person other technicians turn to for the toughest troubleshooting calls, the steady hand at final close-out, and the leader who steps in for the General Manager when needed.
