What You'll Do • Deliver engaging maintenance ground and practical training to technicians across core and specialty avionics courses. • Build and refine training materials that meet established curriculum standards and client needs. • Evaluate trainee progress and provide guidance to support successful course completion. • Maintain accurate training records for each client. • Identify training needs and collaborate with fellow instructors to ensure the best learning experience. • Stay current with regulatory requirements and maintain all instructor qualifications.
What You Bring • Strong avionics background – essential. • A&P certification preferred but not required. • Current experience highly valued. • Solid understanding of aviation maintenance safety standards and applicable regulations. • Clear, effective communication and classroom management skills. • Customer-focused mindset and willingness to be coached and grow professionally.

Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000
Work Environment This role includes hands-on instruction and exposure to real-world maintenance environments. Routine tasks may involve lifting up to 25 lbs, working near mechanical components, and occasional exposure to outdoor weather or shop-related conditions.
