Spirit Aeronautics is a hybrid Maintenance and Avionics shop located in the Signature FBO at CMH, and is seeking an experienced Lead Avionics Technician to oversee and execute advanced avionics installations, troubleshooting, and inspections on corporate aircraft.
This role requires expertise in avionics systems such as Collins Pro Line, Honeywell Primus, Garmin flight decks, and GoGo Air to Ground Systems, as well as a strong understanding of business-class jets, including Challenger, Learjet, Citation, Falcon, and Embraer models. The ideal candidate will lead installation projects, mentor junior technicians, coordinate with maintenance teams, and ensure compliance with FAA regulations. The right candidate is a proactive leader who is ready to jump in and take initiative immediately.
