We are currently hiring Wire Harness Assemblers & Avionics Technicians to join our Saxon Field Teams .
As an Avionics Technician/Wire Harness Assembler, you will prepare, cut, join, and assemble wire harnesses and cable harnesses.

Avionics Technician/Wire Harness Assembler, job duties: • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, work instructions, and other technical documentation.
• Use crimpers, wire cutters(both manual and automatic), and soldering tools.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments such as calipers.
• Fabricate and assemble wire and cable harnesses to build finished products.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes.
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of assembly techniques.
• Electrical wiring and soldering
Preferred education and experience: • 5+ years’ avionics or wire harness assembly experience
• 5+ years’ aerospace, defense, communications, or aviation experience
• IPC certification or additional technical education a plus
Working conditions: • Standing, pushing, pulling, bending, and lifting
• Lifting and handling objects up to 40 pounds
• Standing for 10-12 hour shifts
