We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client. Work on cutting-edge aviation systems (manned & unmanned). Hands-on technical role with real impact. Collaborative engineering environment. Build, modify, route, and install aircraft wiring harnesses and electrical components. Perform functional and operational testing of avionics and electrical systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues on newly installed or modified systems. Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
Work in confined aircraft spaces (cockpits, avionics bays, ECS compartments). Use hand tools (crimpers, strippers, cutters) and testing equipment (multimeters, etc.). Document maintenance, repairs, and parts usage accurately. Collaborate with engineering teams and other technical personnel. Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
